1 PKG Braunschweiger: A smoked and spreadable sausage, similar to liverwurst. Chock-full of nutrition and flavor! If you don't think you like the taste of liver, just know that we added 30 pounds of our pasture raised bacon to this recipe to make it smoky and delicious. 1 PKG Smoked Kielbasa: Cut this smoked ready-to-eat sausage diagonally into coins and lay across the board.
