Your Timberfeast farmers are Mark Brady and Katie Kennedy. We met through a passion for health and nutritious food, and here we are four years later. We raise all of our animals on pasture, in a natural and healthy way, so that our farming practices benefit the earth and produce highly delicious products.
The farm is located in Chatsworth, Illinois, about 80 miles south of Chicago. The farm land has been in Mark’s family for 6 generations and we are so grateful to have access to the beautiful pastures that our animals thrive on. We share the farm with our two loveable guard dogs, Tilly and Buddy. They sleep outside at night and protect the animals, and come in for snuggles in the morning.
Our food and farming philosophy is time honored — delicious and nutritious food comes from animals that eat and live well.
Our commitment is to the highest quality food through humane techniques, organic standards, and sustainable and regenerative farming practices.
2017 is our second full season on the farm. We’ve had much encouragement in our first few years of business and we are grateful for the support of our community!
