Imagine if the beef brisket you order from your favorite BBQ spot was instead BACON, and it was sliced thin, capturing the very esscense of how BACON should taste. But it was beef. Amazing. Take this to BLT town everyday from now until the end of September (while the local tomatoes are still in season).
Cheddar Jalapeño Brat—Delicious! I’m not a big meat-by-itself person but this was absolutely delicious. We caramelized onions and peppers, pushed to the side to sear the brats, and simmered with a touch of beer and a little butter like our favorite restaurant in Wisconsin. So good and easy!!
