Wild Sockeye "Chop" is hand-collected from the wild Sockeye salmon caught by our friends Micah and Ben from Copper Valley Fish Collective. It is boneless and skinless, ready for your creative pursuits. The color of this is just unbelievable, and it is is sashimi-grade which means it will make your ceviche, tartare, or poke bowl dreams can come true.
This is truly the best stuff for a quick, healthy dinner. The pieces are slightly larger this year than in years past, so may require a bit of extra knife work to get to your desired size, but it's worth the effort!
